How often is the patient data updated?
All data populates in the Dashboard in real-time. You may need to refresh the page to get updated data.
How does a patient access their data?
Patients can access their results through the IngiaTek Health app, which can be easily downloaded from their app store.
What will happen to our patient data if my practice decides to close our IngiaTek Health account? Does it affect patient access to their data through the app?
Should you choose to close your IngiaTek Health account, you will receive one final report of all data collected for all of your patients. This does not affect the patient's access to their data through the app unless the provider is also paying for the patient access.
If a patient stops paying their fee to have access to the IngiaTek Health app, does that impact my practice's access to their ongoing data?
No, the Dashboard is separate from the patient app.

Can we have multiple providers within our company/practice?
Yes, you can have multiple providers under one company/practice; however, anyone with a login ID under your company/practice will have access to all patients affiliated with your company/practice.
Does IngiaTek integrate with our electronic health record system?
IngiaTek can integrate with any electronic health record; however, the electronic health record software company must be able to collect this information in its system.
How do we get access to patient data?
Each patient must sign a release of information before a provider gains access to their data. The release of information is sent out by the IngiaTek team. Once signed, a member of the IngiaTek team will assign that patient to your profile.
Can we have more than one staff person with access to our dashboard?
Yes, please watch the video in the Help Center to learn how to add/delete staff access.
Can we add new patients to our profile?
To remain HIPAA compliant, all new patients must be added by a member of the IngiaTek team. Once the patient signs the release of information, they will be assigned to your company/practice within 24 hours or the next business day.
