Monthly fees must be maintained to access to the App. Should a client decide to cancel their monthly access, they can contact the CMAG Headquarters to obtain copies of all of their personal data. Individuals wanting access to their data through contacting the office will be requested to complete a written request to ensure the identity of the individual and to maintain HIPAA compliant. The credit card used to purchase devices and set up the customer account will be the credit card billed monthly. Should you want to change the credit card used, please contact the CMAG office a minimum of 5 days prior to the scheduled monthly payment. Declined payments will result in a $25.00 charge.Â
